1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Staffbase Time Tracking application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Staffbase Time Tracking is a comprehensive time management and tracking platform that enables users to log work hours, manage customer accounts, track activities, and generate analytics. The Service includes integration with Google Calendar and provides both individual and team management features.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

6. Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to integrate your Google Calendar, you grant us permission to access and read your calendar events within the date ranges you specify. We use this data solely to populate time entries and do not share it with third parties. You may disconnect this integration at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rahul Batra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your time tracking data and content you create.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Staffbase Time Tracking, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's operation or availability. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
